About our Hotel:

Concord Hospitality is seeking a dynamic sales leader for the role of Director of Sales at our Residence Inn by Marriott located in North Tampa.   Fresh off of an extensive renovation, the Residence Inn Tampa Sun coast Parkway at North Pointe Village hotel is a contemporary all-suite hotel situated in the Tampa suburb of Lutz. About the Role:

Your role as the Director of Sales is key in the hotel success.  You will develop and foster hotel business through direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, and tours of hotel. This is an advanced level position designed to lead a sales office in the solicitation of new and maintenance of existing transient, group, and meeting room business. The Director of Sales is responsible for all sales/marketing and advertising tasks, public relations and administrative reporting. Our DOS leaders are active selling agents of the hotel handling many of the top key accounts in direct sales efforts as well as supporting their team in client negotiations, relationships and coaching through booking obstacles.

Requirements
  • 3+ Years Hotel Director of Sales Experience Required
  • Marriott Experience Preferred
  • Greater Tampa Market Experience Preferred
  • Extended Stay Sales Training Helpful.
