Franchised General Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Shaner Hotels is now seeking a General Manager to join our team and provide leadership for the Courtyard by Marriott Harrisburg West / Mechanicsburg. 

The General Manager will work directly with the management team and all operational departments to develop and produce an outstanding hotel experience for our guests. The ideal candidate brings a successful track record with exceptional leadership and communication abilities, can effectively manage and motivate a team, and ensure action plans and goals are attained. The General Manager will serve as a highly visible leader in the Harrisburg/Mechanicsburg community.

• Minimum of three (3) years of Hospitality Management experience, Marriott brand experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Marriott FOSSE, MARSHA and HPP systems is a plus.
• Excellent people management and problem resolution skills.
• Superior guest satisfaction skills.
• Working knowledge of hospitality financials, revenue management, budgeting, reporting requirements and industry measurements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
