Job Description
Shaner Hotels, a leading owner / operator of hospitality properties, have immediate opportunities for talented associates to join our AC Hotel Columbus Dublin team as Front Desk Agents.
Our Front Desk Agents must have a passion for providing exceptional service to our guests and interacting effectively with all other hotel departments. A key focus will be maintaining Company and Marriott standards to achieve the highest level of professional and efficient service to guests, and to drive overall guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements:
- High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service.
- Flexibility to work all shifts a must, including nights, weekends and holidays.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
