Job Description 


Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day to day yield operations. Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting. Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends. Work in liaison with hotel sales and reservations departments as a team.


Requirements


One of the revenue manager's primary duties is to predict. Revenue managers must predict what  customers will pay for, how competitors will try to draw customers away and what changes in the industry will affect the organization's financial operations. Revenue Managers must be able to read and analyze industry reports. In addition, revenue managers must be able to synthesize these reports with in-house data.
