 Job Summary:


As the Executive Sous Chef, you will assist the Executive Chef in day to day operations in a high volume atmosphere.  You will be responsible for developing line level staff and adhering to all safety and health regulations.


Requirements:

  • Applicants must have at least 2 years experience as a Sous Chef in a high volume atmosphere.
  •   A flexible work schedule is a must to include mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
