Position Summary: Prepare and serve healthy smoothies and fresh juices according to recipe. Required Qualifications: Ability to complete the following tasks:Greet, assist and thank all customers in a prompt, courteous and business-like manner. Assist customer with questions and product selection.Prepare various juice bar drinks and goods following company recipes.Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner.Maintain juice bar area sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with local laws and best practices.Properly dispose of trash; sweep and clean juice bar floor area.Follow proper hand washing and perishable food handling procedures.Complete required paperwork, inventory and other logs as required.Maintain a safe work environment for team members, customers and vendors.Maintain a neat personal appearance including proper uniform .Fun , upbeat personality and some knowledge in healthy eating.Minimum Qualifications: Ability to complete the following tasks:Able to think quickly on the spot, communicate well, meet customer needs, exceed customer expectations.Candidate is responsible and works well with minimal supervision.Commit to consistently good attendance with no history of tardiness or absenteeismAble to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.Able to adapt to the ever-changing high volume retail while working in a cross-functional team environment. Flexibility to adapt in a variety of situations.Must have the capacity to take initiative when challenges arise.Able to multitask and have excellent organizational skills is essential.Must be able to support and contribute to team goals.Work Environment / Physical Demands:Store temperatures may, at times, be colder or hotter than comfortable for active or sedentary tasks.Able to move merchandise / inventory with appropriate equipment (e.g., tubs, carts and flats) to and from stockroom, walk-in, sales floor and food service area.The potential for prolonged standing, walking, squatting and/or bending; repetitive movements.Occasional high stress when dealing with systems/customers/team members.Able to work the cooler and freezer thereby being subjected to cold temperatures for periods of time.Preferred Qualifications:Previous retail customer service experience.Previous barista, juice bar or food preparation experience.
