Description :
DexYP is looking for a passionate Marketing Automation Manager to join our team! A successful candidate will have B2B, CRM and marketing automation experience - specifically proven experience deploying and using Pardot and Salesforce. This person must have a thirst to learn, an enthusiasm for digital marketing, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.In this role, you will implement integrated marketing campaigns which includes building emails, landing pages and workflows to ensure leads are properly captured, tracked and nurtured. Collaborative and cross-functional communication and project management are essential to ensure technology requirements, business rules, workflows and integration points are documented, planned and executed.
Responsibilities
● Manage marketing automation programs to engage prospects by working with marketing and sales stakeholders to ensure end-to-end campaign execution.
● Implement an effective lead scoring program and reporting that attributes marketing impact on sales revenue.
● Help define processes that enable leads to be routed to sales teams and back to marketing when appropriate so either organization can act on them.
● Test, measure and analyze the results of all marketing campaigns, and recommend changes for increased engagement.

Requirements :
Qualifications● 4+ years professional experience including 2+ years of marketing automation experience (Pardot preferred)
● CRM experience is a must(SalesForce preferred)
● Strong understanding of customer behavior, digital marketing, demand generation and analytics
● Experience with scoring models, workflows, templates, list import and A/B testing
● Organized, detail oriented and have strong analytical and communication skills
● Excel in fast-paced environments and have the ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or similar field preferred
