Consession Cashier - Full-time / Part-time

The Concessions Cashier is responsible for ensuring that guests receive an exceptional level of customer service, by assisting guests at points of sale. This position typically exists within a sporting or events, or in a Convention Center with retail food and beverage stands and kiosks.

The Concessions Cashier’s top priority will be to ensure that the all-cash handling and credit card transactions are done accurately.

You will be working at a variety of entertainment events such as:

Sporting Events: Football, Baseball, Soccer, and Basketball.

Concerts and other exhibits.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding service to all customers.
• Ensure that policies and procedures for processing customer sales transactions are adhered to.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
• Qualifications/Skills:

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• .T A B C certificate required to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Food Handlers Certificate required
• Will train the right candidate
• Demonstrated ability to understand and effectively implement written and verbal instructions.
• Strong team orientation and ability to work with a variety of departments to accomplish tasks
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations, to include addition, subtraction, multiplication
