The Sr. Executive Assistant provides executive level administrative support to the executives and their teams in Supply Chain.?This person must have strong organizational skills, be extremely detail-oriented, and will have the ability to make an impact in many ways. You will be an integral part of the team and they will rely heavily on your support and insight in their everyday work.

Job Responsibilities

This is a highly visible position with frequent exposure to Leadership. This person must have a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Proactive calendar management ? manages the current calendar and anticipates future requests that may be needed. Uses discretion to prioritize the activities for the day, week, and month.
  • Coordinate travel, prepare expense reports and ensure timely submission and accurate completion
  • Proactive preparation ? independently assesses leader?s meetings, and determines what the leader will need to be prepared. Collects the appropriate information and provides it to the leader in advance.
  • Lead role in planning, coordinating team meetings and/or events
  • Preparation ? gathers and consolidates information from multiple resources, creates rough drafts and final formats of detailed agendas, presentations, documents, etc.
  • Maintain confidential records, files and reports
  • Communication ? composes, types, proofs a variety of communication materials that represents their leader
  • This role will handle a high volume of work and must be comfortable with an extremely unpredictable work flow. The individual must be comfortable interfacing with C-level executives (including the CEO), have impeccable accuracy and attention to detail, be proactive, anticipate work, and be a great communicator (oral and written).
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and project management skills to relieve executives of complex details
  • Excellent time management skills
Basic Qualifications
  • 7+ years of administrative support experience, with at least 5 of those years supporting an officer or senior executive or?any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
  • Advanced MS Office Suite:?Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong project coordination abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and time management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
