Our Cosmetic Counter Managers lead and coach Cosmetic Consultants to achieve counter sales goals, train new associates, and develop team concepts to ensure superior customer service.
We’ll value your:
- Prior cosmetics experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills with customers
- Strong aptitude in selling techniques
- Ability to aintain a comprehensive understanding of key trends in the beauty industry as well as exceptional product knowledge
- Ability to drive sales and build repeat clientele
- Work schedule flexibility (days, nights and weekends)
Schedules include a variety of day, evening and weekend hours.
