About this job

Four Main Areas of Responsibility: Recruitment, Accounts Payable, Wellness Committee, Event Planning

Recruitment:
  • All recruitment activities: job reqs/postings, job offers, pre-employment screenings, etc.
  • Attend job fairs, recruitment events, etc.
  • Create job advertisements
  • Review and screen applications daily
  • Assist in scheduling interviews
  • Meet recruitment goals: number of applicants screened and interviewed, job offers made, acceptance rate
  • Create job fair and new hire packets
  • Conduct orientation and assist new hires with onboarding
  • Provide benefits enrollment assistance, as needed
Accounts Payable:
  • Sort/separate all invoices for payment, create payment templates, forward to appropriate party for approval, submit approved invoices to Corporate Accounts Payable for processing
  • Set up new vendors in ARIBA
  • Maintain vendor files
  • Communicate with existing and new vendors, as required
  • Research payment issues, as required
  • Process and reconcile Team Member and warehouse orders, as required
  • Assist in other accounting functions, as required
Wellness Committee:
  • Be the primary Wellness advocate for location
  • Coordinate wellness activities: annual health fair, flu shot clinic, biometric screenings, etc.
  • Attend monthly wellness calls with Corporate
Event Planning:
  • Assist in planning and coordinating special functions for location: annual CMN golf tournament and quarterly surplus/damage sales, Team Member meetings, luncheons, cookouts, etc.
  • Coordinate and pick up supplies for events, as required
