Providence is calling a per diem, day shift Home Health RN Supervisor to Providence Little Company of Mary Home Health based inTorrance, CA.
This position is primarily office-based and will provide coverage 8a-5p every other weekend.

In this position you will:
* Provide skilled nursing care within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act.
* Provide patient care in the home environment primary to the young, middle, and older adults
Required qualifications for this position include:
* Current unencumbered California Registered Nurse ( RN ) License
* Current Basic Life Support ( BLS ) card for Healthcare Providers
* Minimum 1 years' experience as a Registered Nurse
* Current Valid Driver's License with no excessive violations or accidents
* Meets minimum state requirement for auto insurance.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
* 6 months experience in Home Care
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
* Public Health Nurse Certification (PHN)
