Glen Acres Golf & Country Club, located 10 minutes south of downtown, is looking for a Golf Shop
Assistant to join their golf operations team!
The Golf Shop Assistant is responsible and accountable for the daily operations of the golf shop and
coordinates with the Head Golf Professional to provide exceptional service to our members and guests.
This includes meeting or exceeding our established standards for guest satisfaction, sales and financial
performance. 15-20 hours per week (Oct-Feb ) 24-28 hours per week (March-Sept)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Golf Shop in achieving targets through the maximization of the tee sheet.
Use golf shop related systems efficiently, including Clubessential point of sale software.
Clean and maintain golf carts and range supply on a daily basis
Greet members and assist them throughout their time at the golf shop in a friendly, and courteous manner. Phone and
computer skills preferred.
Assist with tournament operations
Knowledgeable regarding Glen Acres member offerings and Club events
Knowledge and Enforcement of Club play policies, dress codes, and pace of play on the golf course.
