Erin Hills Golf Course, site of the 2017 U.S. Open, is seeking general laborers for our Ground Crew Team. Both seasonal and summer positions available.

Enjoy working outdoors in a fun and inviting atmosphere that provides opportunities for playing privileges and access to Erin Hills practice facilities.

Staff members will be responsible for a variety of tasks associated with maintaining the golf course and outdoor facilities, including but not limited to:

  • Mowing turf areas
  • Hand raking / edging bunkers
  • Operating small power tools (blowers, edgers, trimmers)
  • Seeding / soddding
  • Repairing divots
  • Trimming around sprinklers and valves

Grounds Crew will be required to:

  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Working rotating weekends 
  • Work on or near heavy machinery
  • Lift a minimum of 25 lbs on a regular basis
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Be able to operate motorized equipment
