About this job
Erin Hills Golf Course, site of the 2017 U.S. Open, is seeking general laborers for our Ground Crew Team. Both seasonal and summer positions available.
Enjoy working outdoors in a fun and inviting atmosphere that provides opportunities for playing privileges and access to Erin Hills practice facilities.
Staff members will be responsible for a variety of tasks associated with maintaining the golf course and outdoor facilities, including but not limited to:
- Mowing turf areas
- Hand raking / edging bunkers
- Operating small power tools (blowers, edgers, trimmers)
- Seeding / soddding
- Repairing divots
- Trimming around sprinklers and valves
Grounds Crew will be required to:
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Working rotating weekends
- Work on or near heavy machinery
- Lift a minimum of 25 lbs on a regular basis
- Have reliable transportation
- Be able to operate motorized equipment
