REQUIREMENTS:
- One year line cook experience required.
- Communicates well.
- Understands cooking methods, ingredients and commercial restaurant equipment.
- Solid references.
- Must have flexible schedule for all shifts including weekends.
- Task-driven individual who understands food service urgency.
- Prompt and detail oriented.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance to company standards
- Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line/back up.
- Food preparation and portioning prior to service.
- Provide consistent, accurate food in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
