We are looking for guest-driven, hardworking and dedicated individuals to provide exceptional experiences for our guests. All our concepts are known for providing superior service, high-quality menus with the freshest ingredients, sophisticated, yet approachable wine lists, local & regional beers and a thoughtful spirits program.   We have a strong training program to help you prepare for the position and be successful. We have a strong belief in promoting from within as many of our leaders started in various positions and advanced along the way. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and respectful with a positive attitude, sense of urgency, hospitality driven and team player mindset.

Server Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Familiarity with food and wine pairings, and/or the desire to learn
• Passion and enthusiasm in creating an exceptional guest experience
• Positive attitude and outlook
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well with a team, as well as individually
• Problem solving abilities
• Experience in the restaurant industry preferred

Host Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Have an upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude
• Possess great guest relations skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work effectively on a team
