Responsibilities of the Showroom Coordinator position include:

• Merchandise the showroom- Working directly with the General Sales Manager
• Knowledge of flooring materials
• Update showroom pricing as needed.
• The first point of contact for Vendor Reps for incoming samples and removing drops.
• Backup the warehouse. Need to be able to operate a forklift and lift 50-75 lbs.
• Understanding processing of claims and returns.
• Check-in incoming samples and return them to the showroom floor.
• Assist with incoming phone calls

Job Requirements

Previous experience with merchandising / sales floor organization is required.

The selected candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, organization, time management skills, attention to details, and the ability to react in high-pressure situations. You must be enthusiastic in your communication with others in person, on the phone, and over e-mail.
