Job Description
Assist the branch manager in sales and service of branch customers and warehouse management duties. MUST have experience in the landscape supplies/irrigation industry with knowledge of chemicals, seed and fertilizer preferred.
Sales: Conduct all counter sales and phone order fulfillment. Provide support to store sales by calling customers to generate business per store manager direction.
Customer Service: Furnish information to customers about existing and new products to satisfy their needs.
Facilities Management: Maintain Store appearance and cleanliness.
Inventory: Maintain and verify proper levels of inventory. Assist delivery personnel in pulling orders and loading trucks. Unload inventory deliveries when required.
General Support: Communicate with store manager about customers. Help with Collections. Assist Store Manager when needed.
Administration: Invoicing, general paperwork.
