We are currently looking for a Store Supervisor who is motivated, energetic, eager to take charge of our retail store located in Escondido, Ca

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Direct, train and schedule customer service team
- Control inventory levels and expenses
- Ensure outstanding customer service
- Maintain inventory and product displays to attract and increase sales
- Provide a clean and exciting environment for employees and customers
- Represent the company at events and trade shows
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Two years of inside sales or retail sales experience with customer service, team motivation and scheduling
- Experience in landscape industry, natural/manufactured stone
- Computer literate: Microsoft Office, accounting software (BisTrack a plus)
- Experience in facility operation (open, close and security), cash and inventory (cash reconciliation, inventory level and shrinkage/loss control)
- Experienced equipment operator: forklift, backhoe, loader, excavator (a plus)
- Problem solver with the ability to deal with a variety of situations
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge and enforcement of internal processes, policies and procedures
- Saturdays are a must with a working flexible schedule being required
- Must be drug free
