Job Description

Qualifications:

 

Candidates must have an understanding of the restoration industry, strong organizational and communication skills. Must have the ability to manage multiple projects.

Summary of Qualifications:

· Ideal candidates will have 3 plus years of restoration and/or construction experience in an administrative role.

· Strong administrative skills utilizing Microsoft Office

· Ability to work independently while still being a reliable team-player

· Proven track record of accuracy.

· Accounts Receivable experience is a plus.

 

Summary of Responsibilities:

 

Customer Service

· Effectively communicate with customers, team members, vendors and subcontractors about the work status of projects.

· Assist customers in the selections of cabinets, floor coverings, paint colors, etc.

· Foster close working relationships with vendors and sub-contractors.

 

Administration

· Create estimates and work scopes for estimator

· Create work orders and purchase orders.

· Maintain and update job files to include authorizations, pictures, etc.

· Monitor production reports to ensure that all jobs are progressing per company standards.

 

Accounting

· Prepare Invoices and Credit Memos

· Send Past Due Notices and document all collection efforts.

· Prepare documents for release of funds from mortgage companies.

· Prepare lien documents if necessary.
