Our newest Distribution Center in Fredericksburg is currently hiring in our Human Resources Department. We are looking for someone that thrives in a fast paced environment, can multitask and wants to be part of an exciting start-up operation! This is an hourly, non-exempt entry level human resources position.

Job Requirements:
  • All activities for recruitment: new job reqs, job offers, declines, background check process and other as needed
  • Run all job advertisements/job fair postings
  • Plan, Organize and Attend Job Fairs
  • Review applications daily
  • Phone Screen all applicants as they apply daily
  • Physical Agility Testing: schedule, conduct and enter results
  • Schedule all Interviews
  • Maintain Recruiting Dashboard
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key Temp Agencies.
  • Administer drug screen process
  • Meet recruiting goals: number of calls made a day, quick turnaround time (within 24 hours) for applicants applying, daily updates and submission of recruiting dashboard, daily contact with temp agencies on applicant review
  • Orientation
  • Benefits Enrollment Assistance as needed
  • Plan Annual Awards Luncheon
  • Oversee the creation of Certificates, Awards, and other
  • Wellness Committee

Qualifications Needed:
  • At least one year of office experience, preferably in a Human Resources department.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the desire to learn new programs required.
