Human Resources Coordinator

Are you looking for new skills to learn, a great team to work with and the opportunity to learn more about Human Resources?

Our newest Distribution Center in Fredericksburg is currently hiring in our Human Resources Department. We are looking for someone that thrives in a fast paced environment, can multitask and wants to be part of an exciting start-up operation! This is an hourly, non-exempt entry level human resources position.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry responsibilities for all HR areas including payroll and accounts payable.
  • Send and create email communications to Team Members.
  • Create job fair packets, orientation packets and new hire files.
  • Create and maintain anniversary, birthday and phone lists
  • Create anniversary certificates
  • Process New Hire Paperwork - scanning to corporate office, distributing internal info
  • File and purge applications – as needed
  • Conduct Physical Agility Testing for all qualified applicants.
  • Set up for all internal parties and pick up supplies and other items as needed.
  • Manage the supply cabinet, business cards, benefit booklets and all other printed material orders.
  • Assist with planning of events and bring fresh ideas to the table for successful fundraising events.
  • Maintain the postage machine.
  • Support the HR Department.
  • Other duties as needed.

Qualifications Needed:
  • At least one year of office experience, preferably in a Human Resources department.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the desire to learn new programs required.
