Responsibilities
- To clearly understand and demonstrate the Retail Advisor role, current client brief, key result areas and how these are influenced.
- To achieve 100% coverage of the territory, and to be responsible for updating outlets changes at all times, visiting each store on your call file as per Journey Plan
- To consistently identify and deal with the decision-maker in every outlet visited
- To positively increase brand profile within your territory, by providing high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times
- Complete in-call procedure following "The steps to the call' standards
- To effectively utilise all the sales tools made available. Sales tools are – Store level sales data, promotional information, market and brand information, tablet, presenters, leave behinds, Point of Sale material
- Ensure compliance of promotions currently running. Compliance relates to In stock, right price, right position, right space on or off main fixture
- Ensure maximum store awareness, compliance and execution of all New Product Launches
- Identify and implement local opportunities through the use of store level sales data
- Reporting on market intelligence and competitor activity
- To ensure that your results are correctly downloaded via the Tablet on a daily basis or as directed by line manager or the office
- Ensure that the ‘in-car’ point of sale material and promotional material is available in sufficient quantities to meet retailer’s needs at all times. This must be stored in an orderly manner
- To attend and actively contribute to Team Meetings.
