HVAC Service Technician - Full-time

Do you enjoy interacting with customers and closing sales? Do you have HVAC or related industry experience?

If so, then Strand Brothers Service Experts is looking for a skilled, self-motivated, Inside Sales Consultant, who will be responsible for achieving sales and revenue goals for an assigned territory by developing and building long-term relationships with customers and working closely with our Field Direct Labor workforce (i.e. Service & Maintenance Technicians and Residential Sales Consultants).

The Inside Sales Consultant will create personalized pitches to engage customers on the phone and independently seek for new sales opportunities. S/he will build and maintain an opportunity pipeline that supports monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.

This position requires a high school diploma, 2 years of inside sales experience or experience as an HVAC service or maintenance technician, and demonstrated history of goal achievement.

All employees must be able to pass our background check, drug-screen, and MVR driving record check.
