About this job

A Customer Service Representative will be responsible for order entries and customer inquiries for specific market(s). Clerks receive orders and inquires via phone, mail, EDI, CRM and website.

Responsibilities:
  • Checks inventory to make sure requested product is available
  • Confirms price and any appropriate discounts
  • Verifies customer information is correct and up-to-date
  • Informs customer of shipping date and any possible delays
  • Notifies appropriate department of order and shipping date
  • Checks customer account for credit and outstanding payments
  • Files copies of all orders received
  • Be the point of contact for clients
  • Provide impeccable customer service at all times
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED; college degree preferred
  • Order entry experience within EDI required
  • Must be extremely organized and have the ability to multi-task
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Bilingual (German/English)
