Well-established freight forwarder located near JFK seeks an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper.
The successful candidate MUST have experience using software CargoWise.
Main functions will include but not limited to:
The successful candidate MUST have experience using software CargoWise.
Main functions will include but not limited to:
- Process payroll using ADP
- Accounts Receivable and Payable
- General ledger, bank recs, journal entries, etc.
- General administrative functions
- Cargowise experience
- 2+ years of experience in the freight forwarding industry
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
