The Team Lead is the daily operational leader and direct supervisor of an activity or activities. The Team Lead is responsible for the operational direction of their area including but not limited to: staffing, facility readiness, equipment maintenance, opening and closing procedures, guest experience etc. They will be responsible for directly monitoring the quality of overall activities operations, with a focus on safety, service, and will make adjustments to the operation as needed to ensure exceptional service/experience delivery. They will be responsible for their area being in alignment with department, resort and company goals.

Requirements:

- High School or Equivalent

- Guest Service; outdoor/labor intensive work

- Minimum 1 year previous leadership experience in a dynamic operational setting

- Valid Driver's License

- Fluent in English

- Staff management, guest service recovery, time and labor, and scheduling experience

- Experience in a leadership role relating to outdoor recreation, amusement, or hospitality operations, helpful
