* Approaches all responsibilities with the mindset that ensures safety is built into every process task, factoring ergonomics, environmental and hazard elimination into the work steps of the team and themselves.

* Understand their ability to directly increase overall product quality and integrity, while ensuring that process and product waste are driven to elimination through their skill and intervention.

* Examining machines and mechanical equipment to diagnose source of trouble.

* Maintains a "continuous improvement" mind set when working on equipment, always looking for a better, safer, way, and communicating best practices.

* Dismantling or partially dismantling machines and performing repairs that mainly involve the use of hand tools in scraping and fitting parts.

* Replacing broken or defective parts with items obtained from stock after solid analytical troubleshooting has been completed.

* Reassembling machines and making necessary adjustments for safe and efficient operation.

* Install or repair water, steam gas, or other types of pipe and pipe fittings; cutting various sizes of pipe to correct lengths with chisel and hammer or oxyacetylene torch or pipe cutting machines; threading pipe with stocks and dies; bending pipe by hand drive or power drive machines; assembling pipe with couplings and fastenings pipe to hangers

* Hydraulic; Setting up and operating standard machine to make parts, tools in the machine shop.

* Perform welding; light electrical jobs and other duties as required to maintain our manufacturing and office facilities.

* Continuously reviewing their respective area for ideas and thoughts that will drive productivity and reduce costs within the organization, and be able to professionally speak to their solution for improvement.

* Conducts scheduled preventative maintenance procedures.

* Informs supervisor of operational status of equipment and notifies of any problem areas.

* Follows LOTO procedures, JHA's and Standard Operating Procedures, as well as looks for continuous improvement in the process task.

* Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

Education and Knowledge:

High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Experience:

3+ year previous industrial maintenance. Routinely Working at hight that requires fall protection

* The associate may be exposed to a wide range of temperatures.

* The noise level is usually loud.
