Kelly Services, Inc. is in need of several Assembly workers in various locations throughout the North Shore! These roles vary in terms of pay rate and skill set required. Details on the various positions are as follows:

Kelly Service Inc. is in need of assembly/production workers in Tewksbury, Ma. In this role, candidates will take part in the assembly of water filtration systems for a reputable national based company. Requirements include, but are not limited to:

-Reading from blueprints and instructions
-Ability to stand and move throughout your shift
-Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

On the job training will be provided with prior experience needed. We are looking for candidates with a hard working mentality who are looking for an opportunity to form a long term career with in a large organization.

Shift Times:
6am-2:30pm ($13.50/hr)-1/2 openings
2:30pm-11pm ($14.85/hr)-1/2 openings
9:30pm-6am ($15.53/hr)-6 openings
Mechanical Assembler: 6am-2:30pm ($17-19/hr): 3-5 years minimum experience for this shift

Kelly Services, Inc. is in need of 2 Mechanical Technicians in Wilmington, MA! The Mechanical Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, assemblies and systems. Work includes production, installations, testing, certification and repair.

The Technician will work in a team environment and will possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, strong mechanical, analog skills and experience using hand tools. Skills in soldering, DVM, electrical and electronic test equipment, and computer skills are a plus.

Job Responsibilities include:

- Tracking assemblies to be tested/repaired.
- Cleaning of assemblies to be tested/repaired.
- Mechanical disassembly of products to obtain electronic assemblies to be tested/repaired.
- Ability to make repair or scrap decision.
- Using schematics or drawings for testing and repair.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly test/repair area.
- Troubleshoots electronics to determine cause and remedy of any malfunction.
- Performs required repairs to return units to operational state.
- Set up and test units to meet specified requirements.
- Recognizes failures and set up problems, isolates problems, and takes appropriate action.
- Operate power supplies, test jigs and understands their use and function.
- Operates hand tools and small power tools and understands their use and function.
- Fills out production test reports.

Job Requirements:

Must possess problem solving skills. Strong ability to troubleshoot in a logical manner. Clear verbal and written communication. Must have experience using the following equipment. Hand tools, such as soldering/de-soldering irons, hand crimper, screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers. Generate failure analysis and problem reports in our system.

Required experience: Mechanical Assembly/Disassembly: 3 years

Pay Rates: $17/hr
