Warehouse Shift Lead (2nd Shift)

Currently hiring a Warehouse Shift Lead for 2nd Shift in the Lebanon, TN area. The ideal candidate will have stable work history, at least 2-4 years of experience in a Lead position and will be open to working in the warehouse environment.

Compensation

• $14.00-$16.00 an hour, DOE
• 2nd Shift: Typically, a 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, Mon-Fri. Possible OT each day and on Saturdays.

Requirements of Warehouse Shift Lead

• Lead experience required
• Production experience required
• Computer proficiency required
• Job history shows stability and longevity
• Familiar with the warehouse environment in a production facility
• Dependable team player
• Responsible for being on time and great attendance every day
• Resume & interview will be required

Responsibilities of Warehouse Shift Lead

• Assist supervisor in coaching and overseeing team members
• Input production into system
• Set up machines for work orders
• Help check quality of parts
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when needed throughout the shift
• Flexibility to step in and help other positions when needed
