Sales Team Members/Appointment Setters

Job Summary

Want to be able to work full time Mon-Fri and never have to work weekends? Come join our team here at R and P Logistics. No experience is required we provide all the necessary training and skills you'll need to be successful. We help to educate people on running and managing their e-commence. We offer commission / bonuses. This isn't your typical sales job! We don't use high pressure sales / strong arm tactics to convince people to sign up. We instead use compassion and caring with sales strategies to help guide future clients in the right direction with their health. It's awesome doing something rewarding by helping others. Responsibilities

• Make Outbound Calls/Answer Inbound Calls
• Effectively provide information & answer questions about the programs we offer
• Build Rapport with Each Customer to Pre-Screen and Find Qualified Candidates
• Be Patient, Empathetic and Caring of Each Customer's Unique Situation
• Schedule Callbacks and Follow up with Potential Customers

Qualifications

• Hardworking & Responsible
• Prior Work in Customer Service Preferred but not Required
• Prior Phone Experience is Preferred but not Required
• Must Keep a Focused and Positive Attitude while on the Phones
