Western New York’s longest running RV dealership in Bath NY is searching for a self-motivated, hardworking Detail Team Leader.

Job Summary: Lead and supervise 6 Detail Technicians while detailing RV's and dealership equipment. Typical tasks performed include a combination of the following:
Essential Duties And Responsibilities (including But Not Limited To)
- Clean the interior of the recreational vehicles, including steam cleaning carpets, dusting, cleaning windows, kitchens and bathrooms.
- Perform Quality Control
- Organizational skills
- Wash and clean the exterior of RV's.
- Enhances the appearance of RV's to increase their sale value.
- Paints frames, hitches, steps and jacks.
- Adds/removes decals, removes and re-applies sealants, minor cosmetic repairs (including moldings, fender skirts and other general appearance items).
Competencies and Skills/Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Detail experience required, basic shop skills are an asset.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding and solve practical problems.
- Takes pride in work and pays attention to detail.
- Able to take direction and see a job through with limited supervision, as well as following all necessary safety precautions when using cleaning chemicals and solvents.
- Willingness to continue to learn.
- Clean driver's license.
