Job Description
Experienced Cake Decorator, must be proficient with all icing mediums and fillings.
Experience:
- Must have excellent buttercream piping and design skills.
- Extensive fondant experience
- The ability to produce quality fondant sculptures.
- Supervisor experience a plus
- Candidate must have previous cake decorating experience and be able to provide a portfolio of work.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Creating and decorating case cakes, cupcakes & desserts
- Creating and decorating custom and specialty cakes
- You must be a team player
- Ability to work in a small space
- Able to work in a high volume bakery.
