Job Description

We are looking for a real estate licensed Team Leader who is responsible for helping to onboard, train, and retain our 300+ sales agents. This will include problem-solving and supporting the ongoing and changing needs of new and experienced sales agents. The ideal candidate will have a solid real estate background and a strong desire to lead and grow with our company, one of the top and fastest growing real estate brokers in California.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to support and retain productive sales agents
  • Train sales agents on C21 and company tools and systems
  • Assist the Broker with compliance within the office of Company policies and procedures, government laws, regulations, and ordinances in the jurisdiction(s) in which the company operates
  • Help coordinate office administrative staff through general management, scheduling and professional development
  • Some local travel may be required on an occasional basis
  • Help hire and train assistants who work for our agents
  • Onboarding new agents

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of a high school diploma required
  • California Real Estate Salesperson License required
  • Minimum of 3 Years of Real Estate Office Management

Knowledge and Skills

  • Passion for and experience in training, coaching and leading people preferred
  • Project Management, leadership and analytical skills preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • Ability to navigate computer software and hardware, and willingness to learn new software programs is a must
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
  • Ability to learn quickly and use available resources to research solution
  • A true professional, who supports the entire team in achieving their goals
  • Great, positive attitude
  • Able to make quick and effective decisions, solve problems, as well as maintain confidentiality
