COMPANY:
Fast Growing Home Improvement Company selling High Impact Hurricane windows and doors. The leader in providing quality products needed to make homes beautiful, safe and energy efficient. Servicing Miami Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties providing windows, doors, glass & window repair,remodeling, and HVAC.
POSITION: Sales Manager with "Multi/Step" Training Experience, and -Bi-Lingual a Plus
QUALIFICATIONS
• 5-10 years of Sales Management Experience in the home improvement Industry
• Experience with Managing at least 10-15 sales reps
• You MUST be able to hire, train, and build teams
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Hire, train, and manage sales reps
• Conduct weekly meetings
• Grow our Sales division
• Develop weekly/monthly & quarterly reports
EXPERIENCE:
• Home Improvement Management Experience is a MUST!
