Cape Leisure seeks qualified food & retail staff for its concession operation at Homosassa Springs Wildife State Park. This includes servers, cooks, bussers, dishwashers, retail clerks and counter service food cashiers. At Homosassa Springs State Wildife Park, Cape Leisure operates the beautiful Pepper Creek Terrace banquet hall and kitchen, hosting weddings, receptions, business events and club/association meetings/luncheons. Cape Leisure also provides all food and retail service to park visitors.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
- Must be 18 year of age or older.
- Prior server/banquet experience desired, but not required for server positions.
- ServSafe Food Handlers Certification or equivalent required for all food positions, although this may be acquired at time of hire.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend for an entire 8 hour shift. Tasks require consistent use of both arms and legs.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and carry for short distances.
