A POSITION WITH A PURPOSE:
This position runs the business outside the four walls by building delivery sales. Our Delivery Specialist coordinates friendly and timely delivery/presentation of our REDEFINED PIZZA EXPERIENCE to online, pick-up and delivery customers. Prepares all online, pick-up and delivery orders ensuring PIZZAFIRE products are presented according to our high standards for quality; to build repeat delivery business.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads each shift by maintaining safe, high-quality food preparation for delivery in a clean and sanitary environment (including vehicle) for prompt delivery to PIZZAFIRE guests.
- Responsible for local store marketing for delivery
- Make cold calls to increase delivery sales
- Effectively manages delivery times to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Answers phones within three rings
- Prepares all (online, call-in and delivery orders)
- Follows effective cash control/safety, sanitation and security procedures.
- Promotes a safe and sanitary restaurant business by maintaining compliance with government regulations, employment laws, food safety, operations, and all policies and procedures relating to all restaurant activities during all shifts.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Personal vehicle in good condition.
- Proof of insurance.
- Superior oral communication skills.
- Flexible availability; can work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Exemplifies brand standard, including personal hygiene and professional appearance.
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
- Effective time/project management and organization.
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
