The Senior Analyst works as part of the Appliance Forward Operations team in a Field Services capacity, providing business plans, tools, training, direction, guidance, and support to Territory Directors, Field Marshals, and Deputy Field Marshals.? A Forward Operative participates in the build and maintenance of the Field Services operating model and is responsible for deployment of the model to specific markets, tailored to the markets? needs. A Forward Operative measures and ensures execution by Field Leaders through strong communication and partnership skills.??

Field Services Operating Model

• Build, deploy, maintain, and monitor execution of the Field Services operating model including: proper operational market setup to facilitate the effective scheduling of service orders, skill set acquisition based on market demand, labor management, asset management, and operating model updates to ensure proper execution.

Process, Projects and Plans?

• Manage multiple corporate-based projects to improve operational efficiency such as changes to standard operating procedure updates to drive efficiency and a lower cost to serve.
• Provide tools, business plans, training, and guidance for field leaders that enable effective labor management, Agent development and SG&A cost reductions.
• Participate in strategy and planning for the future of the Field Services model to ensure all market nuances are taken into account before deployment.

• Interprets and applies intermediate knowledge of concepts, principles, best practices and trends in business situations.? Requests or performs research and interprets guidance relative to a set of business facts.? Communicates concepts and issues in simple terms to business partners.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years' Service Vendor Development and Management
• 2+ years of on-site services fulfillment experience
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, MapPoint, PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and facilitation)
• High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor?s degree in Business, Project Management or related field
• 3+ years field service vendor program development and management
• 2+ years of retail operations and communication experience
• Intermediate knowledge of Best Buy systems including FMS, OMS, CLICK and POS
