Supervisor

Automation Personnel Services in West Houston is seeking qualified candidates for a Supervisor position. This candidate s work involves the direct supervision of 13 to 15 employees. Areas of management include sequence of customer orders are loaded per customer requirements, inbound material is processed per procedure, effective crane utilization, overtime, equipment operator maintenance checks, and enforce all safety rules/regulations. Supervisor s responsibility involves hands on leadership and providing direction to crane operators and other team members in the day to day operation of the warehouse, maintaining proper identification of product materials and appropriate storage of material to minimize damage and facilitate inventory control, Individual must have management experience in steel distribution and strong knowledge of company product lines.

Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to work shift with overtime as required
Five years of manager/supervisor experience

Compensation: Pay Rate Depending on Experience $20- $22 Monday- Friday 4: 00 PM- 1: 00 AM
