Landscape Maintenance Foreman

Direct Activites on the job site:

• Working for a small Landscaping Company that has been servicing the Greater Eastside for over 30 Years.
• Coordinating Work Flow: Guide crew members to work to their full potential, making sure they understand what they are doing and how to do it. Making sure all crew members are working at all times, completing their given duties. Hands on working, making sure the job is done right and in a timely manner.
• Maintaining Equipment: Making sure all equipment is in proper working order, including making sure blades are sharpened.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with crew members regarding production goals, as well as, being able to communicate with clients effectively in a professional manner when needed. Must speak and understand English.
•  Drivers License: Must have a valid Drivers License and be insureable with a decent driving record. Minimum 3 years experience driving a Truck & Trailer. Be able to use a GPS effectively.

• Must be a Non-Smoker

Qualifications & Skills:

Must have a minumum 3 years Superviory Experience:

• Trim & Prune all types of trees and shrubs
• Use & Maintain commercial lawn mowers: 21", 36" & 52"
• Use & Maintan commercial trimmers, pruners, blowers & edging equipment
• Must be in good health with enough strength and endurance to be able to lift, carry, push or pull many tools and equipment for the job.
• Must be able to work in all conditions and posses the proper gear to do so.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to speak and understand English
