About this job
The Software and EE Reliability position is responsible for managing a team of engineering managers, engineers and specialists that support development of software and electrical /electronic components and systems from initial concept through production.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead proactive risk assessments and related mitigation plans for new program content
- Improve validation methods with a focus on early issue discovery
- Application of reliability methods to software at a module and system level
- Management of key process indicators with regular senior management updates
- Incorporating lessons learned into future product designs
