The FCA Vehicle Safety & Regulatory Compliance organization is currently seeking an On-Board Diagnostics Compliance & Requirements Engineer to join the team at the FCA US Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
The On-Board Diagnostics Compliance and Requirements Engineer is responsible for:
- Maintaining existing Transmission On-Board Diagnostics
- Certification Documents for submission to regulatory agencies
- Authoring Transmission On-Board Diagnostics
- Statements for all running changes and field fixes for submission to regulatory agencies
Some similar Engine-side involvement depending on need; could include Certification Documents, Fault and MIL (malfunction indicator lamp) Tables, and more analysis of world-wide On-Board Diagnostics regulations.
