The Inter-Regional Flow Program Manager position is responsible for the management and coordination of components (common and modified) sold to/purchased from FCA affiliates, JVs and Third Parties within the Inter Regional Flow (IRF) Model.
The selected candidate will be a high energy, results-driven individual who will play a key role in launching international part programs with FCA affiliates (Fiat, Maserati, and Alfa Romeo), JVs (GAC and Tata), and Third Parties (Ferrari and CNH). This is an opportunity to a join dynamic segment of the Supply Chain Management organization. Our mission is to enable the import and export of powertrains, components, and CKD material between and within FCA regions to leverage investment, global capacity management, and speed-to-market.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead inter-disciplinary teams to accomplish the different deliverables for a successful program launch
  • Act as the primary interface between FCA US, FCA affiliates, JVs, and third parties
  • Responsible to ensure all necessary resources, processes and systems are in place to facilitate the supply of components
  • Design and lead the internal cross-functional launch team including engineering, manufacturing, business development, ICT, finance, supplier quality, and purchasing leads
  • Coordinate the development of supply chain IT and business process solutions that are required to support new regional trading models
  • Deliver to the customer the completed request for quote (RFQ) response as a result of the inputs from all areas impacted which involves working closely with the IRF Finance team
  • Coordinate pre-production part requests to ensure consistency in process and pricing
  • Develop and deliver status updates to top management and customers as part of the program launch milestones
