Engineering Team Lead - Engine Adaptation - EGR Systems - Full-time / Part-time

The Team Lead -- Engine Adaptation Engineering is responsible for leading a group of engineer's in the design and release responsibility for FCA NAFTA engine EGR hardware. The Team Lead will be responsible for the group working on the development and release of future EGR systems including valves, coolers, tubes and gaskets for new engine programs. The team will also be responsible for all facets of assigned components including sourcing packages, design, validation, release, supplier sign-off, cost/weight/investment targets and warranty as well as the maintenance of current production systems. The team works closely with designers, CAE groups, suppliers and manufacturing to design EGR components and systems to ensure designs are robust for function and manufacturing as well as working directly with engine controls and calibration teams to develop EGR system requirements and to insure systems functional requirements are being met.
