International Operations EMEA regional lead's position is the single point of contact for the region to address operational issues/requests. This role serves as the advocate for the region with all the HQ cross-functional teams.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reviewing sales, share, inventory, production and sales contribution to ensure target achievement and corporate compliance
- Driving initiatives related to market expansion, product portfolio lineup, onboarding/terminating distributors, network certification, integration activities, recalls, etc. and
- Transfer of knowledge related to U.S. systems, contacts, processes, etc.
A critical element of this position is developing relationships with the colleagues within HQ and the EMEA region to enhance effective communication and ensure resolution and target achievement.
