Job Description

• Clean and supply restrooms.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping or vacuuming.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Clean desks.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using cleaners, sponges, or squeegees.
• Clean break and kitchen areas.
• Notify manager when additional equipment or supplies are needed for cleaning duties
• Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.

• Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a commercial or residential cleaner.
• Must be able to read, write and comprehend common English vocabulary.
• Conditions may require walking, stooping, climbing, pushing, pulling, heavy lifting (less than or equal to 35 pounds), bending, and working in awkward positions handling equipment and materials.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Must pass background check.
• Must pass drug testing.

• Additional Information- 25 hours a week

  Monday, Wednesday, Friday Start time is 8:00 pm - 1:00 am.

  Tuesday, Thursday Start time is 7:00 pm - 12:00 am.
