Ability Care Partners provides consumer directed Personal Care Assistant (PCA) services for adults and teens with disabilities. Since opening in 2003, we have strived to offer competitive wages and timely bi-weekly payroll to our PCA employees. We now offer PTO and holiday pay! All PCA applicants will be reviewed by our consumers with open positions who will select candidates to interview. Applicants must pass a MN DHS NETStudy 2.0 background check and be selected by a consumer with open positions.

All consumers do require assistance with all cares such as showering, dressing, transfers, toileting, meals/cooking, cleaning, community/work outings. Specific details will be discussed with the consumer and can vary depending on each consumer and/or shifts. Most of our consumers receive 24/7 care, creating many possible shifts with openings.
