The Shift Leader has the overall responsibility for:

• Consistently demonstrate professional Leadership with all Team Membes at all times
• Ensuring that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s)
• Ensuring that employees are clean and neat in appearance
• Ensure that OUTSTANDING GUEST SERVICE is consistently demonstrated at all times
• Ensuring food safety, quality and accuracy of orders
• Resolving Customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive Customer relations
• Must ensure Cash Management Procedures, Labor Standards and Food Quality Standards are followed at all times
• Must ensure shift is always in compliane with Health Department Standards

Must have a valid Serv Safe Certification

Please Note:

Individual must have a minimum of one (1) year of Popeyes Management experience or two (2) years Shift Management Expereince. The individual must have effective oral and written communication skills, the ability to calculate and analyze data, display effective leadership skills, and be able to effectively communicate with all levels.
