We are currently hiring for Production Leaders.

JOB PURPOSE:

A Production Leader achieves guest satisfaction and attain maximum profitability of the unit by assisting the Food Production Manager in implementing and monitoring compliance with company standards in back of house, according to company policies, procedures, programs, and performance standards.

DUTIES:

  • Ensures that all menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented properly in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner according to standards.
  • Ensures that the kitchen equipment is maintained in a clean, safe, and operational manner.
  • Ensures that all menu items are prepared, portioned and presented properly in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner, according to established procedures, standards and specifications.
  • Responsible for the security of all supplies in the unit’s storage rooms, freezers, and walk-in coolers, plus aids in monitoring food cost through proper waste and portion control.
  • Anticipates, identifies and corrects system breakdowns to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.
  • Communicates with MOD and coworkers regarding product/service deficiencies, equipment, safety problems, etc.

Requirements

  • Extensive standing, without breaks
  • Exposure to heat, steam, smoke, cold
  • Reaching heights of approximately 6 feet and depths of 2 ½ - 3 ft.
  • Must have high level of mobility/flexibility in space provided
  • Must be able to fit through openings 30” wide
  • Must be able to work irregular hours under heavy pressure/stress during busy times
  • Bending, reaching, walking
  • Communicating with guests

  • Carrying trays of food products weighing about 20 pounds for distances up to 30 feet
